Politician's mood change comes out of nowhere, and it's hilarious

Around the world, politicians have a battle plan when it comes to addressing the media.

Will they come in angry? Will they be happy when they talk to reporters? For Australian politician Bob Katter, it's the whole gamut of emotions.
